In times where global trust seems eroding at an alarming pace, only the world’s best brands continue to stand out. In this video and interview, I talk about 3 strategies for trust recovery. This is especially useful for brands facing adversity and negative sentiment. Having been invited as a Keynote Speaker at India’s only Marketing Festival for the 2020 edition to deliver a keynote address about brand innovation strategy and the Trust Economy, the conversation was recorded at this flagship Times of India event.
